cummins swap cost with labor

I have a friend wanting a newer truck. He found the sd he is looking for. Its an 08 scab 5.4l 6sp truck and he wants a diesel. He is wondering about what it would cost him to take it to a shop and say here put a cr cummins in it and make it all work right.
