I have a 2002 F-250. Mods in my signature. Put a HX50 non-wastegated 68mm charger on my truck with stock injectors I will be getting 300/200's in a few months. Right now the truck takes forever to spool and gets pretty hot trying. Looking for someone to write me a single tune for.mh Hydra to help it spool up until I get my Injectors. Thanks for any help !

Subscribed. I know tuners can detune injectors, not sure about detuning a turbo.

I just need low RPM fueling to help light it and then I guess the most fueling j can get out of stock sticks

I was thinking the same thing. Have the fuel tapper off as the boost comes up or something.

Who's tunes are you running right now? Do you know who's injectors you're going with?

I'd get with the tuner who works closest with your injector maker and start building that relationship.

Can really detune a turbo.
For the bigger turbo, you need more fuel. Or if you could get a smaller housing to run until the bigger injectors go in.

As stated already, you're gonna need more fuel to spool that turbo properly. Custom tunes should help you a little in the meantime. Exhaust housings are relatively cheap and might be a good idea for now. Do you know what's on it now?

I'd give Jonathan at Dyno Proven a call. He can set you up with everything you need.

PAbowhunter have you ever dyno'd your truck ? Was curious what numbers you were putting down. I considered 250/100's or 250/200's also

I haven't had it on the Dyno yet. Been taking it easy for the past year with a stock trans and BTS valve body. I'm getting a full BTS this winter. It should be a 500+ hp truck though.

I've talked with Jonathan about the 200 nozzles an he really likes tuning for them. Planning on sending my injectors down to him when I do the trans and have him put some nozzles on for me.

There's quite a few old threads talking about the benefits of 200% nozzles. I'm anxious to find out first hand.

200% nozzle can do everything the 100% does but quicker. This translates into quicker spooling turbo and lower egts.

I never had 250/200 but I went from 250/100 to 300/200 and saw a lot more then a 30 or 40 hp gain not saying that isn't true but that is my experience
