Gents,
Few questions for those who have done this already specifically with the SCT X4

Background:
2016 6.7 F350 Dually
*****d
*****d with SCT x4
S&B CAI
14k miles total
Truck is used as daily and race car hauler.

Notes:
Everything went well. no issues at all; just a few questions i suppose.
Questions:
1. On the the highway when i press the exhaust brake button and i am at a steady speed you can now feel the truck slowing down, like it was just being restricted even though im still on the gas steady. Normal? and i can just feel it now? It works fine, just a different feeling i guess?

2. I feel like even with the exhaust brake off (button not pushed) that it still activates when off the throttle just like normal when its pushed. I can even see the boost gauge slowly rising just a tad when off throttle. Again; Normal?

3. I did not have time to do the full EGR ******. That will be next week when i have more time. Fine to drive around with EGR still in place and plugged in while *****d?

Thank you all for your time on this.

1) I'm thinking that using the exhaust brake and trying to stay on the pedal isn't the intended mode of operation.

2) It may just be the veins cycling.

I have noticed that when using cruise control running downhill there is a point at which the veins will cycle to slow the truck down. This is not when using the exhaust brake in any way.

I was told I would not need to unplug the 3 plugs under the hood as the tuning disabled them. I ran the truck for 8 months this way. I did notice at cold temps that my turbo would not build any boost once cold started until trans and oil temps hit 95 degrees. Once my temps hit 95 the truck ran fine. I read somewhere someone else had this same issue and that unplugging the 3 plugs fixed the issue. I tried it and it fixed mine. I guess it wasn't a huge issue since I live in south Texas and its usually hot. Id say even if you were told it is not necessary to unplug the plugs to try it anyways and see if anything changes.
That was with GH tuning
