I bought a 2010 6.4 and first thing I did was pull the cab off and put in headstuds, 4 inch exhaust, and ****** all the EGR stuff. Sct x4 tunes and it runs great! After a month or so I noticed it start losing coolant, about a half a gallon or so every time I would fuel up. So I took the cab off and did intake gaskets and head gaskets, put it together and same problem. Then I put in a different used front engine cover, I read that cavitation behind the water pump can leak water into the oil. But that didn't fix it either, I am at my wit's end... the oil level is not raising at all, but I think that a tiny bit of coolant is getting into the engine as I take off my oil fill cap in stick my finger in there I can see traces of coolant grease and it seems to have a little blow by. Any ideas?

Possibly cracked block if coolant is getting in the oil.

Pull the valve covers and pressurize the cooling system and check to see if any coolant is coming up the 2nd and 5th top stud holes.
