I have a front dana 60 axle off of a 91 dually that I am going to put under my 96 but I am wondering if my srw dana 50 twin I beam hubs will go onto the 60 or if I need to start looking for hubs. I have been doing some reading and a lot of people say they will so I was going to take one off and try it but its friggin cold outside so figured I would ask on here first to get more reassurance.

I's pretty sure the only thing that make the axle a dana 50 is the ring and pinion. That is on the straight axles though. Fwiw when I swapped an 03 d50 straight axle under my 95 I was able to use my factory 95 Ford locking hubs on the 03 axle.

Your hubs will work. You will have to use the rotors for the older axle though. 95-97 with the bolt on calipers have a larger diameter rotor.
