if you are talking about the 97 and older f450, it is very different..the old f450 was a 10 bolt wheel, it only came in a cab and chassis so the width is off..and if it matters, it only came in 4.63 and 5.13 ratios. if you were not talking about the 97 and older f450.....sorry I blew up.. hope this helps..

You need a cab and chassis "narrow frame" f350 dana 80 from the 99-04 trucks. They are 71" wide and use the 8/170 lug pattern. They will fit in a srw without looking goofy. Have done it on many trucks.

I need the narrowed 80 for my dually to bring my rear wheels in under my fenders, but I found a good local shop that can do it for me. Appreciate it guys.
