My new harbor freight cherry picker wont pull my 7.3!

Its a one ton puller, just like my old one, which picked up a junkyard 7.3. It seems physically smaller. The 3ton ram does a lot of.hissing and moaning when I crank on it.

It has pulled a 12v with an allison attached to it since I got it but it wont pick my 7tree.

Anybody ellse have this problem?
Oreilly by my work shop has a 2ton ac delco jobber for.three hundred im gonna pick up tomorrow. Gotta get this thing out!

What are you guys using? If I had.time on my side Id build a rolling frame with a chainfall/block on it. I need this.motor out though.

Yea, its twisting the boom. Im not sure I wanna put an 8k lb ram on it. Its.eerily similar.to.what a floor.jack.does when its.maxed out. I realize the manual hydros only net a half inch per pump when you're picking with them. This.will level the motor out.and then it starts wheezing...

Wouldnt a heavier, beefier, 2ton be better? Especially since its twisting the boom?
