Dead miss after 180/100 install

Just gone done putting a set of 180/100s in a buddies truck. Cleared cylinders, then barred it over once injectors were in. Who ever had it before put crap glow plugs in and they swelled up so i couldn't pull them. Cylinder contribution comes up as 1 and 8. The reason he got new ones was whoever put the last set in dropped the copper washer and it burned through the lower o ring which caused out to just dump fuel into the cylinder on the number the cylinder.... Here's a rotational velocity video. Idk how long he drove on it like that but three isn't coming up

Pull the valve covers and unplug the injectors one at a time and see which cylinder is giving you an issue.

Just called me, said it's running beautiful......I guess just had to work the air out...? It was a serious miss lol
