Denoting idi vs powerstroke internals

I've got several sets of rods, heads, and various internal parts from, I know a 7.3...I just cannot for the life of me remember if I pulled them from pre 94 engines or the later.

Is there an good way to tell these apart ?

Maybe casting or serial numbers?
