dentexpowerstroke's 01 superduty gauge cluster no worky but runs

dentex is having issues with his truck.... gauge cluster quit working, OD button does nothing and it still starts and runs but with a dead pedal... can move it when chip is put in high idle... all fuses check out. wiggled wires to OD to make sure it wasn't a short.... anyone have a suggestion?

Go it fixed. it was one of the fuse taps for my pilar gauges. I guess I didnt realize it was connected to the cluster fuse. Tap was bad so i pulled it off and it was fine.

Yep. I felt so dumb when i bumped it and it made contact and fixed it. Oh well, just glad to have the truck back.

did you wiggle all conections under the dash? yeah but nothing was loose... are you sure cuz is sounds like a connection problem if no fuses are blown? yes i checked all fusses and wires! ok.. i guess ive seen weirder **** happen to these lovely electrically controlled engines.
