A real synthetic 75w/140. This is what OEM had in it to start with.

As for brands I run all Schaeffers fluids so I run their #167 Moly Full Synthetic Gear Lube 75w140

Mobile 1 is a more locally available choice as well.

As long as you get the syn version its looks to be a true POA group IV. If you have a LS unit in there wait to add the additive to see if you need it. Some formulas already have enough in them. What I was always told was to add just enough so that it does not start to lock in turns and to stop there. That is if your unit does not already need rebuilding and slips regardless. Doubt it would matter then LOL
