Diy ported intake manifold o-ring boss plugs

fftopicHey guys, not to step on any toes of anyone else. But I have my 6.0 intake manifold cut all apart and just need to finish milling the guys out. I was curious to what size oring boss (orb) plug and bungs you guys use to weld to the top of the intake? Also where to purchase them from? fftopicFeel free to pm me! Thanks

You can get orb fittings from any local hydraulic shop.

It basically just needs to be large enough to allow whatever size socket you're using to drop down through the hole, to tighten the bolts that hold the manifold to the heads. Buy the bolts you need, get the socket for it, measure the OD of the socket and make sure your boss fittings are big enough to allow that to slide through.
