Why did your "Better than OEM" engine have loose head studs from the Choate factory and blow a head gasket at 9000 miles? I've asked that multiple times and still no answer. The mechanics told Cass on a conference call the head studs were finger tight on the blown head. Choate assembled the heads and Cass says he has proof they torqued the studs, but I haven't seen it. Don't give me a generic video either. The root cause of this whole fiasco is the heads were loose. Choate assembled them. Why were they loose? That cost me almost $6000 grand when you said 'no fault found' on heads you sold with a warranty. Also, the machine shop did not say to magnaflux the heads. Go back to the email on March 17th and re-read it. I'll be happy to post screenshots if I need to. I misspoke, then after Cass's smart-alec response, corrected myself. Cass knows this. As for the truck still running today, of course it is. I paid $6000 to have it fixed correctly and then sold it. It's nothing Choate did, believe me. I won't pass a lemon off and then expect to sleep at night. The truck ran for me for 9000 miles3, until it blew a head gasket due to loose studs. Don't even try to take any credit when it's not due. Now, you want facts? Those are the facts. So I ask again in case you missed it the 10th time. Why did your "Better than OEM" engine have loose head studs from the Choate factory and blow a head gasket at 9000 miles? I'll wait.
