Driver side lean

I have 8" fabtech coils up front and my truck is 1" lower on the driver side. I'm wondering what is the best way to correct this? Pmf has a 1" top mount spacer or maybe do a 1" lower mount on just the driver side? Opinions?

Mine has about a 5/8" to 3/4" lean that was more pronounced before I did the TEI from Icon (both sides). Now it doesn't seem as noticeable for some reason. Is yours that slanted with barely any fuel in it, or mostly noticeable when it's full of fuel? I don't think it would throw things off to only do one side, but I'm not sure. I wonder if the frame is actually level, but the body panels aren't?
