[QUOTE="ken6881, post: 1345298, member: 8209"] Idk didn't ask I have known the guy since I was 8. He has never been any more than I was expecting and usually less. I might put the motor on his engine dyno to tune it before putting it in the truck. But we broke it not to long ago with a 1600 naturally aspirated gas motor. So he might not let it go on there if he thinks we might over stress the dyno. Going to give him the head and let him check it out to make sure it doesn't need anything Pulled the cam today bearings are down to the copper. I believe they ran this motor way longer than they let on with water in the oil. But I have to say not one bearing surface is even scratched so I can't complain. I will do some math and see I will try to get some measurements tomorrow off the stock 7.3 pulley if I can find one laying around. Thought about running v belts up to the water pump and let the alternator be the tensioner then lathe the front of the water pump pulley to serpentine to run the ac pump. For what it's worth the rebuild kit from my supplier at work was 923$ with tax. But it didn't come with a complete lower gasket set. Going to order it and can bearings tomorrow.
