I have dual shocks with reservoirs all around the truck. Dual front dual back. Could that be making my ride really rough? I feel like I'm a martini bein shakin to death. It's a 10-12" lift on 40s

Help off road but pavement driving is hell. I can't even shake the truck the shocks have so much rebound.

Dual shocks will only help IF they are valved to be run as duals. If you take a shock that has the valving setup to run as a single and then double them, your ride quality will suffer.

Idk if they are. They are nitro filled. Would it help if I let air out of the shocks to give more a coushin feeling rather than a violent bounce.

Yes but no. Yes, letting some air out may increase your ride quality but if it does, its just pointing the finger at the real problem. Reducing the charge below the recommended pressure level of whatever shocks you have may prematurely wear and or damage the seals/valves/etc. Most nitrogen charged shocks are designed to work with a 150ish psi charge. Typically though, if you have the ability to add/reduce the charge, they can be revalved and setup properly for you application.

Almost sounds like it would be better to get the OEM shock mount and make it single shock all the way around and save the others for back ups

Revalving remote reservoir shocks is really not difficult.

Are they Fox? First get accurate axle weights for your truck. Then contact Fox for valving info for the model of shock that you have.
