Been away form the interwebz all weekend but watched the vid this morning, and it really has me interested now. Anybody else ever ran a set-up like that?

I think I might do this. Or at least try it. Now the question is how would you set up a pre-pump filter.

Just set it up as a regular e-fuel type deal, with something like a 30 micron filter before the SD pump.

If i can find a pump i'm going to try it as well, although i may see if i can source the block and stuff cheaper. But still if it works, its a fraction of the cost of a regulator and all that fun stuff. I'm just curious if it'll tear up the stock filter, or if it will hold up fine. I know i've read of SD's running a stock bowl at 60 psi and their filters look almost identical to ours.

I didnt think about the regulator. What would the fuel bowl flow rate be? Or how would we go about setting our flow rate (psi)? I am still trying to learn about the e fuel so that is why I ask.

That banjo bolt block is a waste of $75 that could be spent on filter bases and filters. I spent like 40 at fleetfilter.com and bought a walbro for $125.

And for the y in the valley I just built a 1/4" y and did the joedaddy mod on the fpr it holds 70 psi all day and any rpm.

I think you are missing one of the nice benefits of E-fuel in not ditching the stock bowl. The block is an OK idea in itself.

Right if that is the plan. But I can imagine a t4 mount and say a s366 is used with new 3" manifolds and intercooler piping the filter housing is going to be right in the way or super tight.

For me I built a y block and soon I am changing to a dual feed when I upgrade my return regulator.

My cost in e fuel is less then 300 with 2 fuel pumps.

if you do the super duty 2" pleniumns on a obs, the fuel filter bowl will hit and it needs to be removed from the valley.
