E series rad and f series rad the same?

Was looking on gay bay for a new radiator for the truck. And came across a e series one and the pic looked just like the one for a truck. So I checked advances site and same thing.

Advances sight has specifications.

Only differences is the thickness by 1/4", but the stopper is the tube size being different by 1/4".

The bummer is you can buy a e series rad online for $70 shipped and a f series is $200.
