E4od not wanting to come out of first...

I have a 6 year old BTS in my truck, and it will not come out of first unless I wait for it with high RPM or I get on it then let out of it and slowly get back into it then it will shift into second. Its still a firm shift too. After it shifts into second, all the other gears work perfectly. I have replaced the solenoid pack, looked at both the accumulator body and the L shaped valve body and all appears to be in working order as far as I can tell. The fluid looks fine, nothing in the pan. Brian has been a great help getting me what I need to help diagnose but I hate bothering him all the time and was just looking for others input before I pull it and take it to him. Thanks!!!!

I wasnt going to post in this because it has happened to me only one time. Thought it was no big deal. Last night it did it the same thing but held it longer then before.
