E99 fog lights?

Is it possible to Install oem fog lights on my e99 that was not equipted with fogs from the factory. It also does not have any factory wires for fog lights anywhere. Anybody have any ideas?

I installed them on my old truck which was a 99. I just bought the oem 01-04 foglights, and my bumper actually had the threaded holes in it for where they install. I just bought the pigtails for the light bulbs... 9005 maybe, and wired it up to a toggle switch in the cab.

What if I were to wire them into the running lights? Then they would be on the factory switch. Or would it be too much of a draw?
