Eagle engines.

I ran across a guy on Craig's list selling a 7.3 rebuilt by Eagle engines with 64K on it. Has anyone heard of them? I did a google search and didn't really come up with much on them. I'm just wondering if its worth it to buy and if they use quality parts to rebuild, no Chinese crap.
