It happened to be earlier this week to but on the way to work I look at the mini max and coasting to a stop my ebp was reading 11-16 psi and boost was 0. I could hear the deeper rumble from the exhaust so I know the vanes are open. My question is, is this the issue people see with the ebp tube freezing up from condensation? Or is this a bad sensor? Randomly is started reading normal again and then a few minutes later it was reading 16-18 ebp psi at idle stopped, no codes, truck runs fine besides being a little laggy til I get to 1500-1700 Rpms or around 6-7 psi of boost. What's everyone's thoughts

Sounds like EBP to me. I replaced mine 2 weeks ago when we had negative temps because was doing same thing you are describing. Had negative temps again today and started acting up again. This time had no ebp and would build high boost with barely pushing pedal in. Had to just unplug ebp to make it home. Seems like best way to fix is mount ebp tube in different location then factory when you have an egr delete. I was going to hold off till cab came off for small build and mount in 6.0 manifolds, now I'm just going to tap the block off plate so it gets better flow to the tube and builds more heat.

You thinking the señor is bad or it needs to be thawed out and drain the egr provision by the block off plate

It won't build that much condensation from what I have seen. Take sensor and tube off. Heat it up a little and then clean with break clean. Then clean fitting on the egr provision bolts on. If that does not fix it, replace sensor. It's about same cost to replace sensor and tube as just doing the sensor.

6.0 manifolds are awesome. sound good and definitely look like they flow better. before you install them take them to a machine shop and have them open up the exhaust ports a little. apparently theres a good amount that can come out. they also have a threaded hole in them right in the front for some sensor which is where we put the EPB sensor since we had already put a bolt/plug in the up-pipes and had already put the cab back down

Mines been freezing up to lately in cold weather. I have a small mini torch that ive used to heat up the tube then it works fine for a while again. Not sure what to do about it.. Im about to do new heads on up so im going to look and see what I can do from there.
