EBP Readings

Reading parameters through a Scangauge II. The EBP reads 13.0-14.0 key on engine off. Does a person deduct this from the actual reading, or is this a sign of a EBP sensor error?

Finally got around to cleaning the EBP sensor and replacing the tube so now I'm wondering.

Sounds accurate, that is Barometric pressure, you got to subtract that yourself to get actual backpressure
