The more that matters:
No Limit CAC/Intake elbow,
Z-Max fully ported intake,
Elite diesel 6.0 manifolds w/ custom up-pipes,
Elite no limit cold air

There web site they say it helps the HPFP operate more efficiently, my question is that while WeekendWarrior32 and I have the cab off would it be a good idea?

Only 95 for the stage one, and 300 for the stage two, trucks tore down already just wondering if it would help out the HPFP and injectors live easier.

lots of mixed feelings on them....some people have run them no problems, some people have run them and have had surging.

I think alot of people have had surging issues when running upgraded rails. The little chance they may or may not just isnt worth it to me.

The ones on my 08 get a surge, usually on a grade and about 14-16k RP. If you let out or push it more it goes away quickly.

The way I would gauge it being worth it is. Does anybody have #s saying that do help top end hp?

If they do net a noticeable HP increase the surge, at least on mine, is very easy to avoid.

Now if you towed a lot I think that could play a factor too.

Would a fuel bowl delete help or is the factory HPFP not capable with keeping up.

Is the surging with both stages or just stage 2?
Which stage are you guys running?

I have no experience with EDE ported rails. But all the ones I've personally ran have never had issues. I doubt EDE ported rails are much different than ours. I believe the surging is more dependent on what characteristics are of certain tunes and how they react on certain trucks.

I would spend the money on a second air filter so you always had a clean one. You don't need ported rails for all stock fuel.

Colton's surges around 16k and 45-50mph IIRC. Oscillates back and forth ~1kpsi. Dual K16's and 100% nozzles, ported rails. No fuel bowl, bypassed return straight to tank.

My stage one surge with Innovative tuning but not Gearhead....all stock fuel other than ported ede rails. I dont think they really make a power difference...
