So im doing a full fuel system. Hellmann sump to a fuel lab pump to a race fuel system and regulated return from Dozers. What do I need to do to monitor fuel pressure with my CTS?

Also...Is it possible to monitor backpressure ? I had a bung welded in to my uppipes. It would be cool if I could monitor it from my CTS as well.

you need the EAS attachment for pressure, then you have to set it up with your CTS. Also im pretty sure no EBP, or at least it was a def no on the 6.4's...

Just buy the EAS pressure kit(part number 98607), you could use one 0-100 for fuel pressure and a second 0-100 for back pressure. You'll need the EAS sensor input kit (#98605). You will also need to switch over to the expandable EGT probe if you don't already have it (#98603)

Very cool system though, they will all just piggyback together under the hood, then just one wire into the cab to the monitor. Once you plug them in and turn the CTS on, you'll then need to remove the CTS and plug it into your computer to setup those new sensors. They'll come up as 'Universal A' and 'Universal B'. With their software, you can relabel them to whatever you want, 'Fuel' and 'Drive' etc...you can also setup warnings, etc...

We've set a couple trucks up with that system, Edge has done a nice job. We've even added a temp sensor in the I/C pipe to watch compressor discharge temps, see how efficient the compressor wheels we've been testing are.

For fuel you need both the 98607 and 98605 part numbers. Now there isnt a PID for reading EBP through the OBDII but I believe you can get another 98607 (which ever part is the universal pressure sensor 0-100psi) and use that in your bung and it will measure whatever the pressure is. Hope this helps Garrett.

Good point for got about the EAS expandable cable. You may have one if you have the EGT probe. Yes it is VERY cool. I am currently using my CTS to monitor both fuel and oil pressures. I want to get another couple sensors for monitoring turbo boost and back pressure.
