Edge insight not working with custom SCT tune

I got an edge insight cts for Christmas and when it's hooked up with my custom tune I don't get the PIDs I'm supposed to get like boost, trans temp, eot, etc...
I updated it before I even plugged it in. If I put my truck to stock I get everything. I have an 04. I have found other threads with the problem but haven't seen any solutions. So wanting to know if anyone had a solution to this. Thanks

I've had my Insight CS and SCT tunes since almost the day I bought my truck without any issue. Does it tell you what the strategy is if you go into vehicle info?
