egr block off plates

i am looking at running Innovative tunes i wont really run the higher hp tunes. i am curious with the block off plates can i remove the coolers with just block off plates?

if i do go with the wastegate kit can it be done cab on?

No. You must have coolant plugs to delete the EGR coolers. You also don't have to get a wastegate kit to delete the coolers. You can run just a plain EGR cooler delete and be perfectly fine.

I recommend doing an intake elbow and a CAC pipe. I really like this setup:

It's pricey, but look what you are getting. The design is great and it will work with any EGR cooler delete. Not to mention it will look amazing under the hood of the truck.

yea i was just looking at that kit what about this one? i know its notas good as elite. but again this is just a work/dd truck it will never see a dyno or track.

and does spartan have any package deals? tuner/ex/intake?

I hear what youre saying. If you look at the differences in those intake elbows, its pretty clear that the no limits elbow will allow much better flow which means cooler temps. That is huge, especially for a work truck.

Also, Spartan has killer deals right now....
