New manifold is cheap. A good quality drill bit will maybe help you out and some quality easy outs are your best friends. That's one tool you don't skimp on, the ones that save your ass when the worst happens lol

If you were close to me I'd let you have at it with my 90 deg drill and my Mac drill bits and extractors. You'd be good to go.

After you soak it in penetrating oil you're gonna have to grind through the EZ out with a ball head grinding bit for a Dremel or a pencil grinder. Get one a touch larger than the EZ out and make sure you get all of it. Grind straight down until it's all gone then go at it with a better EZ out. It'll take some time. Very tedious process on a bolt that small.

A small grinding bit is a great idea as well. I just did some weight reduction on the dually in my sig this weekend, and I took my time on them two bolts. Back and forth for about 30 minutes on them. Finally came out all intact though!

Yup the carbide burr sets from snap on on the 90 degree die grinder have gotten a ton out for me.
