EGR ****** confusion.

I need something cleared up..what exactly does the AP delta kit do. I know it levels out your deltas but is it a different EGR ****** or it is something you would add on to a EGR ****** ? I'm sorry if this is a noob question but I'm just getting back into 6.0s and I'm sorta out of the loop haha

It re routes the coolant flow out of the oil cooler to the heater core line instead of passing through the intake manifold. They sell a plate with it that goes into the intake manifold for the egr cooler. But it also is marketed to keep the deltas low

So this doesnt eliminate the risk of plugging the oil cooler just reduces it correct?
