EGR DELETE HELP

Hey everyone new here to the forum, power stroke org and the H&s forums were not doing much good so here I am. I am full deleting my 2011 f250 6.7 using No limit EGR delete kit and I have the egr almost off but there is a 10mm nut that they say to take off on the back side of the egr... There's no way I can get back in there!! I took the Plastic intake off and tried to get in there but no way. Even tried to get it from under the truck but am in a hole. Any suggestions or help would be great.

A combination of 1/4" extensions and u-joints and you can reach everything needed for removal.

Everything I did was on top I think. Do you not have a small socket set with a u joint?

How bout taking the fender well off...

I don't think that will do much good because even with that off the top of the engine bay and plastic intake box block me

That intake box is 2 bolts and it pops out very easily. Also the battery on that side is easily removable.

I think I used a racket wrench and took my time. That or 1/4 ratchet. It was a pain

I didn't take anything extra off. Just unbolted the cooler from the top, lifted it off and slid it out.

Okay guys so I've screw that 10mm but out that far and I still can't get it out!! What else can it be?

Finally!!!! Now how did you guys set up your EGTS to monitor everything? Factory? I have the H&s pyrometer I will install today but what about the factory one?

I think you use that harness for retaining the stock EGT sensor with blockoff plates. Since you have the H&S pyrometer though, you just get rid of that one/unplug it
