EGR No limit Parts

Okay guys so I know I'm new here And probably bugging the hell out of senior members but I'm on my last steps on egr install and wanna make sure I'm all good to go! Are these the right gaskets for the block offs? I have the pass by plate, do I stack that on top of other block off? And what screws go to what? Just wanting to make sure I'm good, sorry guys I appreciate it a lot. First time working on a diesel

P.S what coolant should I run? When re-filling is it as simple as refilling checking and your good?

yes, stack plates by aligning dowels and aligning middle bolt hole

3 long bolts go to biggest plate

2 medium bolts go to plate with no hole in the middle

2 short bolts go to plate with hole in the middle

Reuse your old coolent or get the Orange stuff from ford.

Can I not get the orange stuff from local auto store?

Not Ford's stuff. Drain the radiator into a 5 gallon bucket from the petcock(s)

and make sure the petcocks are open completely. its a fine line from open to closed with those stupid things.

And a fine line from completely open to completely removed and then **** gets real... real messy

Yeah when I first drained those stupid things I turned them half way and nothing, them figured out its a full 180 to open! What the hell were those ford guys thinking? The passenger side just makes a damn mess everywhere

I put little hoses on mine.

I had a heck of a time getting them to turn at all. Was cussing Ford Engineers for sure.
