I finally got head studs done last winter, and I got a Livewire TS monitor and custom tunes from Innovative Diesel. Absolutely love it. However, it's starting to bother me that I am not monitoring my EGTs. I've looked online and the only EGT probe for the TS is about $185. Is this the only EGT kit still available? $185 just seems really pricey to me.

Thats all i can find also, may just need to pay up. Its a helluva lot cheaper than a whole gauge set up at least.

Seems high for me but compared to a three pod gauge set up it's half the price. Trans, boost and egt gauges and the a pillar pod cost me 350 from summit. And you really wanna monitor egts, you can tell a lot from the reading

Looks like I'm gonna have to go with that then. What about fuel pressure? Haven't really looked into it much, because I have the blue spring kit, but it is something I know I need to be monitoring.

I have the regular livewire and I think the probe kit was $120, but I believe the ts is different. I want to upgrade when I install gauges, but I'm not sure I'll do the probe for the ts. The only one I found is $185, maybe it is a more advanced set up.

If it makes you feel any better with stock injectors I have yet to break 1250* and I've got to be on it to get there and it drops quick

Well that's at least a little comforting. I ended up ordering the 185 one, ended up around 199 after shipping. Should be here Monday.

I did it with a snap on electric drill, less time than that, drill and tap 10 minutes
