Got my sct sensor installed, running PIP performance tune, in the 1/8 mile by the end of the track i was at 1525 degrees. Is this normal, i cant imagine how guys are making a full 1/4 mile passes lol. Should i try other tunes?

Ive searched but havent really gotten a clear answer, just seems a little high to me. Assuming the sensor is right, installed in the no limit block off plate

These trucks run hot when making power. 1500 wouldn't alarm me at all for a quarter mile or maybe further.

Some of the steady state load tests we've done on the dyno would make you guys cringe. It's not all that hard to get it above 2000 at higher RPM on the 15/16MY trucks. At one point, I thought the heads were going to get soft if a piston or turbo didn't let go.

I'm still driving it to work every day.

Will the NDash/NGuage be able to read the factory egt probe on the 15's or will we need a probe in the EGR plate like the 11-14's?
