You just need to run a wire from the controller to a 12v key on source, one wire to + terminal on battery(which has a 50amp circuit breaker) and one wire to - terminal on battey. Then there is a temperature probe that goes into the fins of the radiator and is wired to the controller also. However it says in the directions to also wire the controller into the A/C so that when you turn the A/C on that the fans will come on with the A/C.
