Anyone know where to get exhaust manifold bolts? Pulled the 6.4's off to put on the 6.0's and don't want to reuse the bolts. Some are in bad shape.

I pulled up the diagram on Ford's site but hard to tell how many of each I need. I do not need the spacers (they are still good) for the pass side heat shield, but need all the other bolts.

No one sells a bolt kit.

Anyone here familiar with the 6.4 bolts and can help me on what I need? Thanks!

EDIT: I didn't save the bolts in a nice pile per hole, cab is off, rebuilt entire motor and such, so this was not just a pull off old put on new...

you require the 6oh bolts and spacers. the same qty as bolt holes on your manifolds.

Motorcraft # 3C3Z9S425AA Bolts are M8-1.25 X 40mm long
Motorcraft # 3C3Z9A461AA Spacer

I don't think that is what I need per Ford's diagram and what I pulled off.

I posted a pic above. With no EGR cooler mount plate on the side, I guess that will take regular bolts now. I will do some digging. Thanks.

EDIT: If I have the manifolds ceramic coated (buddy can do that for nothing) can I ditch the heat-shield on the pass side for the AC lines and just use all regular bolts? Or is that shield really needed?

No, I am not upset or claiming I know more. I only ask because I didn't know about the manifold heat shield and some bolts were showing longer length. Just wanted to make sure I only have to order once and not go "well ****". lol I am def thankful for you guys! :pint:

Just some OEM ford, its in the e-catalog, but was for 6.4 I have the 6.0 gaskets, and will go get the bolts from Midway tomorrow, they keep them in stock along with the up-pipe bolts. Got up-pipes from Rudy's for 6.0 to 6.4 setup. Thanks again everyone.

Got the manifolds installed with the new bolts, and up-pipe bolts...

Crazy... the up-pipe nuts are 7 bucks a piece... 40 bucks for 4 nuts and 4 bolts. The manifold bolts were cheap.

Thanks again guys! Those 6.0 logs are WAY easier to get on and off than the 6.4. So no one has had an issue with that AC line resting against the manifold?
