Extended Crank Help!

So I am experiencing an extended crank time recently. Here's the back story...

I have E-fuel, SD pump and electric fuel pressure gauge. I had the fuel selector valve fail on the way home from work last week. 0 fuel pressure somehow made it home. Took the old selector valve from my other truck and installed it on this one and it started right up and fuel pressure went to 65psi. So I thought everything was good and let it go. After a couple days I went to start it up (noticed it took a couple seconds to build 65 psi, dont remember it doing that before) and the crank time to start dramatically increased, but still would fire up and idle fine. The only thing I did notice is it seems like a little fuel is leaking from the selector valve that I need to address, just waiting for some nice weather before i get a bath in diesel fuel. Would this be letting air in the system and causing extended crank time?

I want to go check to make sure I have all the lines on correctly. I am assuming they are because when the truck starts it seems to idle fine. (havent driven it yet) Are there any o-rings on the fuel line connectors that I may have messed up?

TTT...HPOP reservoir is full after sitting overnight. I checked all of the fuel lines, The hoses are on the correct ports. I think I fixed the leak, but it still seems like the fuel is draining down. As soon as I shut the truck off the fuel pressure gauge begins to drop. If I restart the truck right away it will fire right up. If I wait 5 minutes it will crank for 5-10 seconds before firing. Still idles fine, I'm thinking the used selector valve is bad. Might have to bite the bullet and buy a new one.
