The radiator was 75% clogged with stuff I am still not sure what it was. I replaced the radiator with a 3 core aluminum one, new fan clutch, new water pump and temp sending unit, new thermostat, and while everything was apart I flushed the whole system and replaced with the NAPA heavy duty diesel coolant. Everything back together and unloaded things seam to already be cooler than they were. Now I need to hook up to the camper and go for a drive and see how that does. I honestly think the clogged rad was all the issue but now I know it should all be good to go.....I hope. I did all this (minus the alum rad) to my 02 F250 I pulled with and never had issues but it was stock injectors.
