F-450 lift

I have an 08 450 and am looking at putting larger tires (I currently have 245's). How much of a lift do i need to fit 265/70/19.5 or even 285's? I tow a gooseneck trailer quite often so I don't want more than 4 inches but want to keep it as low as possible. Can I get by with just a leveling kit? Any input would be appreciated.

A 34" tire would fit under a leveling system...but be a little bit more of the "stuffed" look. A 4.5" system would give you a little more room. With the 4.5" and a lot of towing you may want to consider the OUO Traction Block option for the rear.
