Yeah, a 4x2 shouldn't have a front axle.

i would think the caliper mounts would be the same, but i could be wrong.

Might go to rockauto.com and see if they have calipers, if they do compare part #s for 2 and 4wd, that should tell you if they are the same or not.

F450 and F550 2wd have a front axle.

Rock auto lists different calipers for the RWD and 4WD... so I assume they mount differently as well...

Looks like there's 2 different rotor sizes as well. Not sure if thats RWD vs. 4WD or not.

As far as I know they use a Dana 60 like the F350 duallys do.
