my budy wanted me to ask if these are any good so thats what ima doing anyone use them howed they work for you k thanks let me know

Use factory ford gaskets. Don't cheap out

Haven't ever used em but I agree...stay wih factory. Make sure you get the heads checked by a good machine shop. Even new heads have been known to be out of spec.
