Few questions on 6.4

I'm looking to buy this truck. It's a 2008 job 1, 133k. It's got the dpf deleted but I can't find a programmer for it or any dpf knob. Runs good and smokes a little so I'm thinking it defiantly has a tune on it.
Main thing I'm worried about is at a stop when I mash it its hesitates when it shifts as if there is a traction control on it. Everytime it shifts from 1 to 2 to 3 it cuts out then goes back to full power. Could it be a bad tune on it, one that doesn't have tranny tunes or maybe actual tranny problems?

Just get another Duramax. Or find a stock 6.4. I wouldn't buy one that might already have problems

hard to say without actually driving it. Chances are its got a dpf delete tune with no power added. The stock tuning defueles between shifts. Like i said tho hard to say by just a description

Doesn't superchip and edge Defuel between shifts too?
