Well I finally dleeted my truck with downpipe back proflo 4inch and no limit EGR blockoff plates running Ghead tunes. All I can say is WOW!!!!! Im literally still freakin out how this beast runs!!! For some reason I have always heard and thought the 6.7s were dogs but this is the quickest truck Ive ever been in lol.(not many of my friends have fast trucks either so not alot to compare to lol). As soon as I started it I havent been able to get this smile off my face. I drove the truck down the hwy a few miles to warm her up before I got on it and soon as I punched it she was gone!! I did notice a lag between one of the shifts but I think it was not completely warmed up. Its about 45 degrees outside. Tomorrow I will get to run it more and see how well it shifts and give yall an update. Also the exhaust brake is working which I thought I read that it doesnt work ith Ghead but mine is working. Clean tune almost no smoke unless you put it in manual and try very hard and still barely smokes. Sounds so amazing!

Shoutout to Mike at No Limit! Im very happy and cant wait for my CTS2 to be here!

If anyone has any questions about anything Id love to answer anything I can for you! Ill post a vid soon since I couldnt find any videos on youtube with 2016 ghead tuning

Lol Im going to try my hardest to quit putting money into the truck!! Hopefully this keeps me busy for a while haha. Man I put in 4x4 and did a boosted launch. Literally can't believe the way it jumped off the line! I thought my tuned 6.0 with powermax was pretty dang quick but this was a whole new level.

the delay in shifts is most likely the trans hasnt re-learned yet. after u put some miles on it the trans should shift better.

Went right to the top tune! haha How many miles are on your truck and how easy did your bolts come out of your exhaust manifold for the blocker plates?

I'm not the OP but I can offer some advice. I've got two 2015s and on one of them they all came out perfectly fine. On the other one one of the bolts snapped off and it was a PITA to get back out. I would suggest spraying the bolts several days before you intend to remove them with penetrating oil to help them ease out. Also I've not tried this but it would probably be helpful to use a baby impact and hit them a couple times in forward before backing them out. My guess is the impact would bump them enough to break them loose and help them back out easier. I've not tried it though.

Best advice is even though you really want to just get it done and drive the truck...... take your sweet time. Removing a broken bolt really sucks.

Yeah Im aware of the broken bolt scenario thats for sure. Mine broke on my 2011 and ended up replacing the manifold. I just REALLY dont want to go through all of that again especially with a brand new truck. And Ive been soaking it overnight in kroil for the last couple nights and will hopfeully be doing it this weekend. Just waiting on the parts. But I wont side track the OPs thread anymore. Thanks for the input and sorry about he derail OP!

3k miles on the truck. None of the bolts had any problems. I did have help with 2 buds and drank alot of beer so it took a 1.5 hr job about 3.5 but we had fun. Our reaction of the 4x4 launch was priceless lol

Nice man it's hard to quit modding a truck once you start... I live in corpus as well but right now my truck is stock because I was going to trade mine in. But I have decided to hold out for a 17. But yeah I had several tunes from Ghead on my 12 I can only imagine with the better turbo. Get yourself a no limit intake as well and you will be set. I liked my set up a lot but a friend of mine put it on his truck recently to see how it works on his.

So you said it's a whole different monster then a tuned 6.0? I haven't really ever been in a tuned 6.7 wondering how much more? You feel it's a lot faster? Or is it still new fast?

My 6.0 f350 had just a 4inch turbo back, bulletproof EGR, and powermax turbo with the canned SCT performance tune. This 6.7 is wayyyyyy quicker than that truck. But i dont think my 6.0 ever ran to full potential either. Im thinking it may have had a high pressure oil leak which is why I traded her in. Loved my 6.0 tho!!

Just do a relearn for the tranny, 0-80-0mph 4 times, add a 1/4 throttle each time until you do a WOT pass on the 4th.
