Better late than never....
After several months of slowly working on them I am done. Ends are from Ballistic but can be found at other places. Bars are 2" DOM tubing. 72" long from eye to eye. Coated with rattle can paint for now, soon to get powder coated. Here are some pics kiddos........

I dont remember the exact cost of the ends but i think they were 250 for everything except the tubing. I already had that at the shop.

Looks awesome! Any chance you have some drawings or prints you made up? I want to make some for my truck, but I'm not a GOOD fabricator. Looks like you have some experience with it.

Yeah I drew up the axle and frame mounts using solidworks and just gave them to a guy at work and he cut them out with is laser cutter. I just welded them together. The files are at work tho. Ill have to get them on tuesday.

That would be awesome if you could send them to me. I have a whole machine shop at work that could cut the pieces out, I just need something to go off of. And they use solid works, so it would be perfect!

The ends are ballistics 1.25" busshings and joints. I dont have any more pics of the underside flexing unless I pick it up again.

I'd be pretty interested in the files too if you wouldn't mind! ian.d.gilmore @ gmail.com

I lost the files off my computer. Contact the first guy that I sent them to and get them from him.
