First start up in almost 2 years

I have e99 7.3. i hit a pole and tore up front end bad, while sitting and starting up once a week somehow the flexplate broke and converter took a ****. after upgrading flexplate and converter i noticed my up pipes were loose as ****, well im about to finish those up hopefully sometime this week or next and im wondering what other issue ill have since its been about 2 years since last driver. ive put all new brakes and wheel bearing on it already, also change fuel filter and oil. i was wondering about sticking injectors or leaking orings or any other problem im about to run into??? any input would be sweet

My truck sat for almost two years withough being driven or even started for over a year. Charged the batteries, started it, let it get warm, changed the oil and drove it.
