I have decided to go with American force 22x10 on 35x12.50x22 toyo rt I want to level / small lift not sure which rout to go I don't want to get it too high to where the tires look small but just high enough not much trimming is needed I do want a little lean but not too much for when I have to tow so it won't look extremely squated I have been searching around and so far the setup I think I want for the front is a wicked customs front spacer I can get from a 2"-3.5" for $199 the pic at the bottom is what it looks like by far the coolest level block I have seen not sure what size block to go with in the back and as far as shocks I want to do a fox shocks all around should I get a 3" or 3.5" for the front and as for the back a 4" or a 5" need help / opinions, and pics the same company also has a front bumper 1" spacer so you won't have to cut the brackets and trim the front end for $99.

2.5" spacer, track bar drop bracket to center the axle, space front bumper 1/4" and trim the lower brackets, pull the fender liners back and you'll be fine. A 4" rear block will make it sit almost level.

For another $115, you could put Carli springs instead of a spacer. Combine that with Fox shocks, and you should have a nice riding truck.

Or should I get the ready lift stage 4 kit for $799 instead of abunch of different pieces since blocks for the back are about $150 the front block is $199 and the track bar is $260

Front spacer = essentially no change in ride characteristics. Carli spring = much better ride. I'm almost done piecing my 2.5" lift together and will have $850 in it. That's Carli springs, castor correction, radius arm drop bracket, 4 Bilstein 5100 shocks, and rear blocks. I'm guessing you'd have to add about $280 to that for Fox instead of Bilstein. So $1130 for a better riding and performing 2.5" lift/level. For $910 you could order Carli's level kit and add the rear blocks and shocks for a total of about $1400-$1600.
If all you want is a "cool" looking spacer with zero improvement, by all means spend $200 on it. All I'm getting at is for $315 ($115 more than the spacer) you can have Carli springs that add comfort and ability. You said you want Fox shocks and AF rims, but want to get cheap on the lift while buying a $200 spacer because it looks cool rather than a $10 spacer that does the same thing. Doesn't make sense to me.

Edit: Found spacers for $10 on eBay.
