Fog Lights/High Beams

I am wanting my fog lights to stay on with my high beams on my 2015 F-350. Has anyone used this part from Amazon. I says it will work....

Looks sketchy.

The fog lights and headlamps are entirely controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). The headlamp switch is merely a low current input to the module, which then determines which lamps to energize. Can't see hacking up a harness with this ebay special ending very well at all.

I'd like to know if anyone used this also?I've been looking for simple way like clipping wire or jumper like previous trucks, but the wiring schematic on the bcm looks like it switches polarity

I'd use diodes to protect the bcm and then tap the highbeams with a relay and diodes and power the fogs.
