Front hub outboard rotor swap possibilities

Has anyone ever swapped from knuckle and spindle out on a obs balljoint dana 60 with knuckle and spindle from something else with rotors that mount on the outside of the hub? Tired of having to pull the hub to change rotors. Was wondering if parts from a 99-04 superduty would work? Planning on swapping in a disc brake 10.50 rear also.

pretty sure knuckles swap. some guys have said they use our knuckles to get rid of the junk unit bearing setup
