Turbos were brand new and put on after engine rebuild, 19k miles on them, full synthetic oil has been the only thing ever run through them, zero shaft play, no cores needed back, as close to brand new as you can get with out the brand new price. Located in eastern Ohio 43832, not separating at this time.
