I posted this in a question a while back because I couldnt find my leaks and now that I've found them i have a few more questions.

1) The fuel is leaking on the side of the fuel bowl, It's a small line that runs into the side of the bowl into a round fitting about 5/8". My question is; is this something that just requires an o ring or will I have to buy a fitting?

2) i'm leaking oil from the front seal on the oil pan. It's a slow drip and the fan is blowing it all over everything on the front of the engine. It doesn't look very hard to just drop the pan but I'm wondering if I can just take the bolts on the pan loose clean the front of the pan up really good and just slip the new seal in and bolt the pan back up?

3) I'm getting ready to buy a set of injectors from unlimited and I need to replace my glow plugs while I'm at it. i already have a set of motorcraft glowplugs to install but the truck has been ethered a bunch. It stays plugged in at the house but in the winter if i'm at work it sets at the pullout all day. I know its a big no no but I haven't had the money till now to do all of the thing I wanted to. Anybody got any ideas to keep from breaking the glowplugs off and having to pull the heads? My brother said to pull the valve pan covers and soak them with PB blaster or WD40 overnight. Would this help?

I may be able to get a pic of the fuel leak later and will post to make this a little easier lol. Thanks for any advice y'all have

There are no "seals" on the oil pan. It's special RTV designed for the 7.3. Although I've never done it, it seems possible to reseal the oil pan with the motor in place. Would definitely suck though. I would clean and reseal the whole thing if you plan on doing it.

The "round thing" on the fuel bowl you should be able to unscrew it and wrap some Teflon tape around it and screw it back in.

You need to pull the engine to reseal the oil pan with RTV. I believe what is leaking on your filter housing is the restictor sensor. If it is you can just pull it out and place a 1/8" npf (I believe) plug into it. But if you do don't tighten it too much or you will crack the housing.

Here is another picture to make sure of what you are talking about.

Definitely the restrictor sensor, the pic made that a whole lot easier. That does away with one problem, I just have to find time to get the oil leak fixed now.

Thats pretty much what I'm thinking. I know it's got to be done because it's making a mess of my truck. I'm thinking of unbolting the engine and lifting it as high as it will go without breaking anything. Not the correct way, but I've already broke one engine crane when I had it out the first time.

Got the fuel leak fixed, had to make up a plug and delete the sensor. Tried taping the threads and it still leaked so I just went the other route.
