I live in WI and every winter when it gets cold the fuel drain leaks. It leaks into the valley. I have rebuilt the drain with special o-rings but it still leaks when it is cold out. Any ideas? Its a early 1999 7.3.
Thanks
Joel

Might be time to just replace the valve.

What I did with mine for a "temp" fix. Remove the valve, cut a piece of gasket material to fit, except the only holes were where the screws went through. put the valve back on with my new "gasket" in between the valve and the bowl. Meant to replace it ASAP, that "temp" fix lasted for two years.

It could also be the WIF sensor that is leaking.
